HR Manager - 3 yrs experience - Sal: 35k - 40k - Rosario, Cavite

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates. Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and disciplinary actions. Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records. Monitor employee performance and implement performance evaluation programs. Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies. Handle employee grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution. Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and other personnel-related documents. Supervise the HR team and ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
