Oracle HCM Developer - Lead/Manager

Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Lead/Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (2-3x onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays, Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for an Oracle HCM Developer Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting practice. In this role, you will lead client implementation and support engagements involving Oracle HCM development, configuration, administration, and maintenance. You will oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables; review technical designs and code; translate business requirements into technical specifications; and direct the resolution of integration, workflow, and application issues. You will also oversee the use of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Data Integration, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), collaborate with client stakeholders to manage delivery expectations, identify process improvement opportunities, and coach and mentor team members to ensure high-quality project delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 7 years of relevant professional experience. Demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM application development across client-facing engagements. Experience leading project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. Strong technical knowledge of Oracle HCM development, configuration, and application support. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle data integration, or related Oracle technologies. Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts and system impacts to cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related OCI domains is an advantage.
