Key Responsibilities: Direct Field Sales & Peddling: Perform active, hands-on field marketing and door-to-door sales visits to workshops, job sites, fabricators, and hardware retailers. Carry product samples, consumables, and fast-moving stock to secure immediate, on-the-spot orders. Lead Generation & Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and convert prospective clients across assigned territories into active, long-term business accounts. Quotation & Order Processing: Prepare precise, competitive price quotations based on current material costs, negotiate terms, and efficiently process client purchase orders from inquiry through to fulfillment. Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking: Monitor and analyze local and inter-island competitor movements, pricing trends, and product availability to help refine company sales strategies. Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for field clients, maintaining strong commercial relationships, ensuring timely delivery follow-ups, and assisting with credit and account collection.
