Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who will oversee the efficient, safe, and quality-compliant production of gummy candies, while ensuring that production targets and operational standards are achieved. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and oversee daily gummy candy production operations Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, yield, and quality standards Monitor manpower, production schedules, materials, and equipment utilization Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and process losses and implement improvements Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures Develop and coach production supervisors and personnel Prepare and monitor production reports and key performance indicators QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field At least 5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production is highly preferred Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experienced in production planning, manpower management, and process improvement Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000 Work Location: Marilao, Bulacan
