Technical Sales Representative - 1 yr experience - Cosmetic

Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science Chemical Engineering/ Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry/Biology Experience: at least 1 year of related work (Preferred) Language: Tagalog & English (Required) Job Description: Customer Engagement and Sales – Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets for Cosmetics Marketing Strategies – Develop and implement campaigns to promote products or services, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing. Market Research – Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Lead Generation – Find new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach. Brand Awareness & Promotion – Ensure the company's image and message reach the right audience through compelling storytelling and targeted promotions. Negotiation & Pricing – Handle discussions on pricing, contracts, and deals to maximize profitability while satisfying customer expectations. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketing effectiveness to refine approaches. SKILLS: You'll need to have: Driving (Non-Pro licensed) The ability and desire to sell Negotiation and Coordinating Skills Excellent communication skills A positive, confident, and determined approach Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection A high degree of self-motivation and ambition The skills to work both independently and as part of a team The capability to flourish in a competitive environment A good level of numeracy Can drive with a driving license Fluency in a foreign language - this can be helpful, particularly if working for an international company Salary Range: php 20,000 - 25,000 Work Set Up: 1-2 months training at the CPH Office (Orientation, Product and Services Offered) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM Filed work: Client Visit, will report at the office once or twice a week
