Quality Supervisor (Chinese, Garments)

Our client is a foreign-invested company recruiting a Quality Supervisor (Chinese, Garments, $1000, ID21590) Manage on-site defect inspection activities and maintain daily operational quality. Establish a control system and coordinate the entire IQC, IPQC, OQC process chain in the factory. Closely monitor production progress to ensure output standards for each product batch. Lead root cause investigations, propose solutions, and monitor corrective action progress for technical issues that arise. Directly drive the resolution of internal issues and handle feedback and complaints from partners. Compile and retrieve periodic quality metrics and propose action initiatives to achieve overall KPI targets. Develop, standardize, and implement inspection procedures, technical documentation, and control plans (Control Plan). Plan departmental staffing: allocate tasks, provide professional training, and develop employees' capabilities. Serve as a cross-departmental liaison between Quality, Production, and Engineering in process optimization projects. Represent the department in internal audits and customer audits, and establish preventive measures for major quality risks. Male or female, under 45 years old College degree or higher 3-5 years of experience in an equivalent position at a garment / garment accessories manufacturing company; experience working for a Japanese company is preferred. Fluent spoken Chinese. Candidates who can also use English or Japanese are preferred.
