Dental Sales Specialist

Identify, approach, and develop clients, including dental clinics, dentists, and healthcare facilities. Research the market, expand coverage, and build a prospective client base in the assigned area. Advise clients, introduce solutions, and guide them in registering for and using the Oroca platform. Support clients through their first orders and encourage recurring orders. Build, maintain, and develop long-term client relationships to increase sales. Proactively understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and improve the service experience. Coordinate with relevant departments to implement sales programs, handle feedback, and support clients. Report business results, analyze the market, and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness. - College/University graduate.- Have 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Executive roles.- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.- Proactive, dynamic, and willing to conduct field visits.- Able to build and develop new clients.- Proficient in office software.
