1. Conduct business development activities on the Branch's transaction floor and at customer counters: Advise individual customers on and sell products and services, including deposit mobilization, bond investments, fund certificates, payment accounts, cards, and electronic banking. 2. Provide services to individual customers at the Branch. 3. Receive and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, support customers; welcome, direct, and advise customers visiting for transactions.
