Costing & Quotation Specialist - Chuyên viên giá thành sản phẩm

Prepare quotations and detailed cost breakdowns for new projects, repeat orders, engineering changes and annual price reviews Build standard cost models covering BOM, labour/SMV, process and surface finishing, overhead, tooling, packaging, freight, duty and scrap Cost new models from drawings, CAD, samples and routings, and validate them with Production and IE Run make-or-buy and China-vs-Vietnam cost comparisons Support price negotiations, cost-down requests and cost-open-book submissions Align quotations with the Group quotation team in China (working language: English) Track quoted-vs-actual costs and drive VA/VE savings 3+ years (5+ for senior) in costing, quotation, IE or production engineering in manufacturing No eyewear experience needed. Plastic injection, metal forming, die-casting, CNC, polishing, plating/PVD/painting, precision assembly and packaging backgrounds are all welcome Solid IE applied to costing: you can turn a process route into a conversion cost you can defend, not just a material mark-up Commercial mindset across cost, price and margin Advanced Excel and ERP costing data (SAP or similar) Working English Nice to have: business Mandarin (not required), experience in a China- or Taiwan-invested factory, knowledge of Vietnam’s cost base, a degree in IE, Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or Accounting/Finance Ngành nghề: Kế toán / Kiểm toán, Bán Hàng Kỹ Thuật Kinh nghiệm: 3 Năm Cấp bậc: Trưởng nhóm / Giám sát Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Long An
