Internal Accountant

- Issue VAT invoices to customers as requested by the sales department. Complete payment documentation as required.- Track internal receipts and payments; prepare cash statements and bank statements, and reconcile actual balances with accounting records.- Record operating expenses, verify and consolidate actual revenue from the sales department, and account for profit and loss for each order.- Prepare payment files and documents related to banks and customers.- Calculate commissions for the sales department.- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors. -Proficient in Misa software and Excel;- Graduate of a college or university with a major in Accounting- Preference given to candidates who have worked at trading/import-export companies.- Able to check and reconcile figures and track expenses incurred in connection with orders.- Careful, logical, proactive, and responsible at work.- At least 3 years of experience in an Accountant position Industry: Accounting / Auditing, Finance / Investment, Law / Legal Experience: 3 Years Level: Staff Employment type: Permanent employee Location: Ho Chi Minh City
