Check the validity and completeness of payment documents and prepare payment documents Enter codes for tools and equipment / assets / expenses requiring allocation into the system Cross-check newly purchased machinery with the electromechanical department and create asset tracking cards for new assets Record short-term and long-term prepayments Record fixed assets / tools and equipment, track depreciation and remaining asset values, and reconcile month-end balances.
