CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

- Manage contract information, quotation information, and information on the company's existing customer base. - Receive and route customer requests to relevant departments. - Support departments during operations, ensuring that reasonable customer requests are met promptly and accurately. - Support the Operations and Accounting departments in confirming information on additional charges for customers' monthly service statements. - Manage information on the company's official website. - Perform other job-related tasks as directed by superiors. 1. Requirements - University degree or higher. - Age: 25-40 years old. - Good English communication skills. Ability to work via email in English. - Ability to work independently. - At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent position; experience in warehousing and logistics is preferred. 2.
