INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Identify and develop customers who need international express delivery services through Telesales, Online Sales and other suitable prospecting channels. Advise on international shipping solutions, build and develop customer relationships. Support existing customers, maintain service quality and expand the prospective customer base. Coordinate with post offices, operations departments and relevant units to deliver services and ensure customer needs are met. Monitor sales targets (KPI), customer acquisition progress and report results periodically. Conduct market research and collect information on customer needs, competitors and market trends. Update and manage customer information, track contracts and prepare reports as required. Regularly conduct field visits to meet, support and develop customers in the assigned area. College or university degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chinese Language or related fields. Preference given to candidates with sales experience in international express delivery, logistics, freight forwarding or import-export. Previous experience at DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, SF Express or forwarding companies is an advantage. Knowledge of the international express delivery market in the area applied for is an advantage. Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Proactive, dynamic, able to handle sales pressure and willing to travel within the assigned area. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to research and analyze market and customer information. Basic English reading comprehension for work purposes.
