TECHNICAL - MAINTENANCE STAFF

- Inspect, operate, maintain and repair the building's MEP systems.- Monitor electricity, water, generators, pumps, HVAC, fire prevention and firefighting systems, elevators and related equipment.- Perform periodic maintenance.- Troubleshoot issues and maintain operation logs.- Coordinate contractor supervision and assist with technical requests from residents/common areas. Qualifications/Education: College or vocational school graduate.Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of operation/maintenance experience in apartment buildings/buildings, shopping centers, hotels or equivalent facilities. Recent graduates with a strong technical foundation may be considered.Technical expertise: Knowledge of building MEP systems, including electrical systems, water supply and drainage, pumps, generators, HVAC, fire prevention and firefighting systems, elevators, BMS and extra-low-voltage systems.Ability to read and understand technical drawings/diagrams.Use testing and measuring equipment to perform inspections, operation, maintenance, repairs and basic troubleshooting.Understand preventive maintenance (PPM) procedures, operation logs, shift handovers, electrical safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and occupational safety. Preference given to candidates with technical operation experience in apartment buildings/buildings.Required skills: Skills in operating, inspecting and performing basic troubleshooting of MEP systems.Read and understand electrical/plumbing diagrams and technical documentation.Use testing and measuring equipment and repair tools.Ability to identify technical risks, coordinate, report and handle situations.Preference given to candidates with practical experience in electrical systems - plumbing - pumps - generators - HVAC - fire prevention and firefighting systems - elevators - BMS.Work traits:Honest, responsible and disciplined.Careful and highly safety-conscious.
