R&D Technician (Long Thành)

Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials. Analyze powder samples and evaluate product quality. Research and develop new raw materials and propose suitable alternatives. Develop products according to SOPs, ensuring deadlines are met and minimizing formula/color deviations. Research competitors' products to propose improvements. Improve existing products to enhance quality and optimize costs. Maintain complete and up-to-date research and sample development logs. Report research results and work progress to the Manager. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager. Education: College/University degree in Chemistry. Experience: Not required; experience is an advantage. English: Ability to read and understand technical documents. Skills: Report writing and ability to work overtime when needed.
