Spare Parts Warehouse Management Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION Spare parts warehouse operations - Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and returns. - Check incoming spare parts against purchase orders, documents, codes, specifications, quantities, and actual condition. - Prepare spare parts for preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and major shutdowns. Inventory management and control - Maintain physical inventory matching Bravo 10 data; conduct cycle counts and periodic stocktakes. - Investigate discrepancies and monitor min/max levels, reorder points, and stockouts. - Identify obsolete, surplus, and slow-moving spare parts and propose handling measures. Critical spare parts management - Monitor availability and report shortages affecting equipment reliability/production. - Track purchase requisitions and supplier delivery progress. Spare parts storage and preservation - Organize by location, code, and equipment; properly preserve bearings, seals, electrical spare parts, oils, and greases. - Segregate damaged materials and returned goods; maintain 5S. Bravo 10 system and records - Perform B10 transactions: receipts, issues, warehouse transfers, returns, and relocations. - Maintain master data, identify duplicate/incorrect codes, and prepare periodic reports. Inventory cost optimization - Propose appropriate inventory levels based on criticality, usage history, lead times, and operational risks. - Support annual inventory budgeting and implement cost optimization initiatives. Coordination and communication - Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities, Maintenance Planning, Purchasing, and Finance. - Inform Maintenance Management about availability, shortages, delivery delays, and inventory risks. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS - Education: College diploma/University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: More than 5 years of experience in an equivalent position. - Foreign language: Basic communication. - Computer skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiar with IE tools. - Skills & qualities: - Ability to work independently and manage all warehouse operations. - Strong inventory control; effective, accurate work organization and attention to detail. - Basic technical knowledge of mechanical components and industrial electrical components. - Proficient in B10/SAP systems and Microsoft Office. - Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, discipline, and safety awareness. - Preferred (Nice-to-have): - Experience in a maintenance spare parts warehouse in a manufacturing environment. - Experience using B10/SAP for inventory management and warehouse transactions. - Proficient in inventory reporting and Microsoft Excel.
