Architectural and Interior Designer

a. Modeling and visualization - Create 3D models from concept layouts - Produce complete perspective visualizations that meet aesthetic requirements and match the concept - Work directly with the lead designer to agree on ideas, styles, and materials for the project. b. Review and adjustment - Set up lighting, cameras, and materials to realistic standards. - Produce high-quality renders - Ensure output files are clean, easy to understand, and easy to edit c. Implementation support - Export furniture layout plans from 3D files as required - Support detailed design development when needed (under the direction and guidance of the lead designer) - Align 3D visualizations with construction when on-site adjustments are needed. d. Data storage and management - Store model and material libraries according to standards. - Maintain folder storage according to company standards * Job requirements: - Graduate from a college/university in a related field - More than 1 year of experience in 3D visualization - Experience in architectural and interior design for residential and civil buildings: apartments, townhouses, villas, buildings, service facilities… (mid-range and high-end) - Proficient in Sketchup, 3D Max – Corona/Vray, Photoshop, Auto CAD, CANVA… (Preference given to candidates familiar with Sketchup, 3D Max) - Basic understanding of design styles, composition, materials, and lighting. - Ability to read architectural and interior drawings * Benefits: - Working hours: 7h30/day from Monday (day 2) through Saturday (day 7) morning.
