Interior Designer

Work with the project team & clients to understand clients' needs and characteristics. Survey existing premises and identify clients' specific requirements. Develop ideas & design implementation plans according to Company procedures, and propose design solutions with the project team. Propose office design solutions that meet clients' needs in terms of aesthetics, functionality, budget, and schedule. Develop, illustrate, and review designs. Present design solutions, advise, and persuade clients (Concept Design - Design Development - Construction Documentation). Manage and supervise design during construction according to company procedures and coordinate with other relevant departments to complete projects. Manage project schedules during the design phase. REQUIREMENTS Graduate with a university degree in Interior Design or Architecture, preferably from the University of Civil Engineering or the University of Architecture. Preference for young candidates who enjoy creativity and have good aesthetic taste. Passion and enthusiasm for design work. Proficiency in Sketchup, basic Autocad, basic Photoshop, and basic Powerpoint; knowledge of AI is an advantage. Effective communication and presentation skills.
