Planning Leader/Manager

Your role & responsibilities 1. Demand Planning Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly demand forecasts at the product and category levels using statistical tools and store data. Lead Demand Review meetings within the S&OP process. Analyze forecast accuracy and continuously improve input data quality. Account for seasonality, promotions (if any), new products and discontinued products in forecasts. 2. Supply Planning Translate demand forecasts into optimal supply plans for the store network. Coordinate supplier supply plans in line with production capacity, inventory targets and delivery lead times. Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure plan feasibility. Proactively adjust supply plans in response to demand fluctuations or emerging constraints. 3. Inventory Management Maintain optimal inventory levels for both finished goods and raw materials. Regularly review safety stock, reorder points and minimum order quantities (MOQ). Monitor slow-moving, obsolete or excess inventory and propose solutions. 4. Systems, SOP & Reporting Manage and operate planning systems (Excel…), ensuring data accuracy. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives in planning. Develop and refine planning processes within the Centralize department. 5. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing… to develop and implement goods supply strategies. Coordinate the flow of goods between departments to ensure full and on-time deliveries to stores. Serve as the point of contact for Purchasing, Category Leader and stores regarding product availability and inventory-related issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and greater data accuracy in demand and supply planning. Your skills & qualifications Work experience At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Material Planning (preferably in F&B, FMCG or manufacturing). Experience working in a multicultural environment or international markets is an advantage. Education & professional skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and planning tools. Understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management methods.
