Store Manager (Thanh Hóa Area)

Oversee operations to achieve sales targets and grow revenue for the Company;Read and understand P&L reports to assess the store's financial situation and identify areas for improvement to control operating costs;Prepare periodic reports on the store's business performance;Recruit, train, and assign tasks to staff;Periodically review and evaluate store employees' attitudes and work performance;Manage matters related to store employees' salaries, bonuses, and benefits;Monitor and guide employees in complying with processes and regulations to ensure service quality;Ensure appropriate staff scheduling to maintain store operations and control COL costs;Effectively control COGs and other operating costs;Forecast and coordinate with SCM to place orders to meet the store's business needs;Report issues related to inventory or defective or damaged goods, etc. Ensure customer service quality meets brand standards;Handle all customer complaints and resolve them satisfactorily;Maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues;Promote and maintain the store's service quality;Oversee the implementation of promotions and special offers at the store. Location: Aeon Mall Thanh Hóa. Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point). Able to manage teams. Preference for candidates who can communicate in English and have experience working in F&B chains. Detail-oriented, careful, and able to resolve problems as they arise.
