PRODUCTION MANAGER (LEATHER FOOTWEAR INDUSTRY)

Based on the assigned overall plan, develop a production plan that meets schedule and quality requirements. (From product input to output.) Based on actual production conditions, coordinate with the human resources department to recruit additional workers if necessary. Implement the production plan. Organize and assign daily, weekly, and monthly work to subordinate employees. Guide and supervise managers and workers to ensure compliance with technical processes, schedules, and quality requirements. Balance production capacity across production lines and proactively propose solutions to improve production efficiency. Be accountable to superiors for production status, progress, and product quality. Job requirements: College degree or higher. At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position. More than a year of experience in an equivalent position in the leather footwear manufacturing industry. Age: 30-45 Negotiable salary.
