SENIOR M&A

POSITION OVERVIEW In this position, you will participate directly in M&A projects between Vietnamese and Japanese businesses, from identifying investment opportunities to executing and completing transactions. You will gain exposure to the entire lifecycle of an M&A deal, including sourcing businesses (sourcing), analysis and valuation (analysis, valuation), conducting due diligence (due diligence), negotiation, and transaction completion (closing). You will not only perform analysis but also work directly with investors and business owners, developing toward an M&A Consultant / Deal Maker role in a real-world environment. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Participate directly in actual, large-scale M&A transactions across multiple industries. Work with CEOs, business owners, and Japanese investors. Develop financial analysis, business valuation, and financial modeling skills. Participate in actual deal negotiations and execution. Follow a clear career path toward M&A Consultant / Deal Leader. JOB DESCRIPTION Participate directly in executing M&A projects from sourcing and matching to DD and closing. Analyze corporate finances, read and interpret financial statements, and compare businesses with industry peers. Perform enterprise valuation (enterprise valuation) and build financial models (financial modeling). Participate in preparing transaction documents and assist in drafting content related to M&A agreements. Work directly with businesses and investors, participating in meetings and information exchanges. REQUIREMENTS: Preference for candidates who have worked at Big4. Have 1–3 years of experience in M&A, Finance, Investment, or an equivalent field. Be able to read and interpret financial statements and analyze and evaluate businesses. Have experience participating in deal execution or financial projects. Have strong business and financial thinking. Be proactive, able to work under high pressure, and results-oriented (result-oriented). Be able to communicate and work with corporate leadership.
