Your role & responsibilities Credit performance, NPL (non-perfoming loan) and provisioning projections based on Annual Sales BudgetCapacity planning and cost projections for Credit Operations (Credit Initiation and Collection)Stress test, Simulations and Cost-Benefit Analysis for Credit OperationsPrepare and update Risk Management Policy, Product Programs and Credit Operations ManualsDesign and produce portfolio quality reports, Credit Operation MIS, Fraud MIS and other dashboardsMonitor and improve fraud risk control activitiesMonitor and improve collection efficiency Your skills & qualifications Educational Qualifications:Post Graduate (MBA/CA) preferredAcademic qualifications in Analytical disciplines - preferred (eg Economics, Quantitate Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial, Physics, Engineering etc)Professional / International Risk Management Organizations Memberships/Qualifications – preferred Expert in English: Reading, Listening, Writing & Speaking.Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:Wide range of Retail Banking Products (Secured and Unsecured), specifically: Managed a portfolio of at least $ 3.0 Billion + experienced both in secured & unsecured products (the more the better of products)Data AnalyticsCredit Risk policyCredit underwriting andCollections ManagementRisk Modelling (Preferred)Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.Relevant Experience:At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management in Retail BankingAt least 3 years experience as Head or deputy Head of Retail Risk for a portfolio > $3.0 B or at least 5 years of experience in managerial positions. Experience as CRO/Deputy CRO is preferred.Nice to have experience in working in Asia (MORE than one country) and specifically in developing countries across Retail BankingSome experience in Vietnam Market (Preferred)Required Competencies:Strong people management, analytical, numerical skillsSignificant experience in working directly with C-level stakeholders (preferred)Large Team leadershipSuperior Problem Solving & Expert Negotiation skillsExpert Communicator  Proactive and Creative in Working.
