TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job PurposeDevelop and manage business in packaging (Flexible & shrink sleeve) while providing basic technical support to deliver suitable solutions to customers.Key Responsibilities• Develop new customers and maintain existing accounts (FMCG focus).• Achieve sales targets and manage quotations, contracts, and orders.• Provide product and technical advice on flexible packaging (pouch, laminate, SSL).• Coordinate with internal teams for delivery, quality, and new product development.• Support trials and resolve customer technical issues. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (packaging preferred).• Basic knowledge of flexible packaging materials and processes.• Good communication and negotiation skills.• English proficiency and willingness to travel.
