EHS Specialist

Upholds regulatory compliance with governmental regulations related to the environment, health and safety, and maintains records of related tasks where applicable; Able to conduct EHS training; Conduct routine assessments, inspections and audits: daily, weekly and non-routine to ensure all facilities comply with EHS regulations and policy; Prepares reports for submission to supervisors and management, which identify the potential hazards(s) and our department discrepancies found, and provides recommendations for control and compliance; Advises employees, supervisors, and management on safe work practices and potential hazards; Assists EHS Manager with environment, health and safety issues through the implementation of EHS measures and programs, and safe systems of work; Facilitate accident and near miss investigations; Maintain metrics and KPIs; Assist the EHS Manager in preparing technical and relevant reports for submission to the government; Perform sampling and monitoring activities where applicable; Strictly enforce the permit to work program; Conduct routine inspection of fire protection equipment; Lead in emergency response; Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences to keep abreast of emerging safety, health, and environmental issues; Able to work with different functions within the company to ensure that EHS concerns are addressed adequately, within an acceptable timeframe. 1. Education: Minimum of a College degree in EHS, BA, Mechanics or equivalent majors. 2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of EHS experience. Hands-on experience with Machine Safety is strongly prefered. 3. Knowledge: Work Safety Environmental Safety Occupational Health EHS Training Fire Prevention 4. Certification: Safety Certificate Group II (Chứng chỉ an toàn lao động nhóm II). 5. Skills and Abilities: Intermediate English communication. Strong computer skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
