Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture Design the target Supply Chain architecture across capability, process, data and system layers, without building parallel systems. Supplier management  & Customer Service Management Supplier management & Partner Performance: Establish supplier segmentation, scorecards, SLAs and regular business reviews for both merchandise suppliers and logistics/delivery service providers; drive collaboration on innovation, sustainability and cost. Customer Service: Own service-level commitments (OTIF, fill rate, order cycle time, complaint resolution) and work with Sales and distributors to deliver goods that meet quality standards and arrive on schedule.
