PRODUCTION MANAGER (LONG THÀNH)

-    To define and execute the Almond Plant Production Plan (to produce the agreed quantity of product, at the required time, within budget and specification and within SHE requirements, BRC, GMP and other relevant guidelines) and to direct and lead the Plant organization. Provide technical support to customers when required. -    Ensure that operations comply with Olam and customers standards for SHE, BRC and GMP. -    Define develop and manage an efficient and effective operation system and procedures for production and related activities. -    Ensure that the management system is in place, maintained, communicated and complied with. -   Investigate and report accidents, incidents and near misses. -    Set targets and Key Performance Indicators and ensure adequate management reporting of the performance of the plant. -    Continually analyze plant performance, and continually optimize and improve. -    Select, manage, coach and develop staff, in line with Olam values and HR requirements and procedures. -     Recruitment of production staff. -     Comply with local laws regulations. -     Appointed responsible for the handling of Oganic products -    Propose plan and implement training programs for production staff. - Bachelor and above: engineering, food and chemical industrial preferred or related fields - Ability to speak/ write/ listen in English. - Good computer skill: Word, excel, power point… + Good communication and solving problem. + Ability to work under high working pressure. + Have experiences at manufacturing enterprise about food, FMCG + Must have a minimum of 5 years in a similar position Ngành nghề: Sản xuất / Vận hành sản xuất, Thực phẩm & Đồ uống, Công nghệ thực phẩm / Dinh dưỡng Kinh nghiệm: 4 Năm Cấp bậc: Quản lý Hình thức: Nhân viên chính thức Địa điểm: Đồng Nai
