PERSONAL BANKING SPECIALIST - KON TUM BRANCH

1. Achieve assigned business targets: Develop and implement marketing plans for individual customers. Meet business targets and implement strategic programs, promotional campaigns, and promotion of the Bank's products and services. Guide, introduce, and advise customers on products, services, and financial solution packages suited to their capabilities, circumstances, and needs. Report and update sales results; propose sales solutions and recommendations for improving and developing new products and services. 2. Manage, care for, maintain, and develop customer relationships: Manage customer information to support business activities and customer care. Provide customer care; coordinate customer appreciation and care programs to meet the Bank's service quality standards. Use sales methods across the Bank's channels to introduce and cross-sell its products and services; establish customer relationships to build, maintain, and develop business relationships between the Bank and customers. 3. Perform credit granting operations: Assess customers' applications, borrowing plans, and collateral. Conduct on-site customer verification to assess production and business activities and financial capacity; collect and complete credit application documents in accordance with the Bank's regulations. Analyze, assess, and propose credit granting or restructuring of credit facilities in compliance with the Bank's procedures and regulations; 1. Hold a university degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related fields. Candidates with at least 01 year of experience in sales-related or equivalent positions are not required to have graduated in the related fields listed above. 2. Experience in sales, marketing, or credit is preferred. 3. Foreign language proficiency: conversational English. 4. Computer proficiency: proficient in office computing and application software.
