Local Store Marketing Specialist

Responsible for developing and implementing LSM (local store marketing) activities to increase brand awareness, increase store traffic (Footfall), and drive sales at stores within the assigned area. Also works closely with the sales team, store managers, and relevant departments to ensure marketing activities align with the company's overall business strategy. Develop and implement in-store Marketing plans to drive sales and attract customers. Implement and propose promotions, activations, workshops, and in-store events. Develop brand awareness, identify local partners, and maintain relationships with them. Coordinate with CRM to implement customer care, retention, and development programs. Monitor and analyze Marketing effectiveness; propose optimization solutions and provide regular reports. Manage and control budgets and related payment procedures. Train and guide store teams in participating in and implementing Marketing activities. Coordinate with Sales and relevant departments to adjust activities to market conditions. College or university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in retail marketing (positions: Local Store Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing/Event Marketing). Preference for candidates with experience in the fashion industry; experience working with shopping malls, schools, businesses, or local partners is an advantage. Skills: Planning and implementing marketing programs, organizing events and activations; negotiation and partner development skills; communication, cross-departmental collaboration, and simultaneous management of multiple projects; business data analysis skills; proficiency in office software. Other requirements: Willingness to travel frequently to assigned provinces (approximately 50–70% of working time).
