Your role & responsibilities Participate in developing systems for: (i) Product development and management processes, (ii) The company-wide product and program hierarchy; (iii) Credit/non-credit granting processes. Implement loan/credit card/non-credit products/programs on the Company's systems. Manage and optimize the experience lifecycle of all products based on analysis of customer needs/data and competitors' product portfolios. Perform other tasks assigned by the Members' Council/General Director/Unit Leadership and under initiatives/projects/Agile teams. Your skills & qualifications Hold a university degree or higher in Finance – Banking, Information Technology, Mathematics – Informatics, E-commerce, or related fields. Have a TOEIC score of 450 or higher or an equivalent certificate. Experience in Business Analysis, Finance – Banking / Fintech, Software Development, core banking, technology systems… is an advantage.
