1. Conduct business development at the Branch's transaction floor and customer counters: Advise individual customers on and sell products and services, including: Deposit mobilization, bond investments, fund certificates, payment accounts, cards, and electronic banking. 2. Provide services to individual customers at the Branch. 3. Receive and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, support customers; welcome, direct, and advise customers visiting for transactions.
