Your role & responsibilities Receive customer debt files assigned by management for resolution; verify information relating to the jurisdiction of the court accepting the case. Participate in legal proceedings (working directly with the Court, Judgment Enforcement Agency, and Procuracy) as an authorized representative in cases where VPBank is the plaintiff/defendant/party with related rights and obligations. Manage files and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on litigation activities as requested by management. Participate in regular meetings on work planning, operations, and team performance reviews. Perform other tasks and professional duties as requested by management. Your skills & qualifications University graduates majoring in Law are preferred. Have at least 01 year of experience advising on the resolution of civil disputes involving loans and mortgaged assets. Understand legal regulations relating to debt recovery activities, have good relationships with courts and judgment enforcement agencies, and possess communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills. Be able to work under high pressure. Handle situations flexibly. Be in good health and hardworking. Have a clear, firm voice.
